The Prefer of Scientists

إن الحمد لله نحمده ونستعينه ونستغفره
ونعوذ بالله من شرور أنفسنا ومن سيئات أعمالنا
من يهده الله فلا مضل له ومن يضلل فلا هادي له وأشهد أن لا إله إلا الله
وحده لا شريك له وأشهد أن محمداً عبده ورسوله
﴿ يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ
حَقَّ تُقَاتِهِ وَلَا تَمُوتُنَّ إِلَّا وَأَنْتُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ(102) ﴾.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ
الرَّحِيمِ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ
نَفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنْهُمَا رِجَالًا كَثِيرًا
وَنِسَاءً ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ الَّذِي تَسَاءَلُونَ بِهِ وَالْأَرْحَامَ ۚ إِنَّ
اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَقِيبًا
يَا أَيُّهَا
الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَقُولُوا قَوْلًا سَدِيدًا
يُصْلِحْ لَكُمْ
أَعْمَالَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ ۗ وَمَنْ يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ
فَقَدْ فَازَ فَوْزًا عَظِيمًا
الأحزاب 70،71
أما
بعد
Praise be to Allah, we praise Him and seek
His help and forgiveness and seek refuge with Allah from the evils of ourselves
and from our bad deeds, who Allah guides not misleading him, and who Allah
leads him astray he will not find the true a way,And I bear witness that there
is no god but Allah alone with no partner and I bear witness that Muhammad is
His slave and Messenger,
(
102 ) O you who have believed, fear
Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims [in submission to
Him].
SURAT Aal-Imran
( 1 )
O mankind, fear your Lord, who created you from one soul and created
from it its mate and dispersed from both of them many men and women. And fear
Allah, through whom you ask one another, and the wombs. Indeed Allah is ever,
over you, an Observer.
SURAT An-Nisaa
( 70
) O you who have believed, fear Allah
and speak words of appropriate justice.
( 71 )
He will [then] amend for you your deeds and forgive you your sins. And
whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly attained a great
attainment.
SURAT Al-Ahzaab
following:
فإن أشرف شيء يطلبه العبد في هذه الحياة هو تحصيل العلم الشرعي
The best thing that can you ordered it
in this world is Islam's Sciences
والعلم يطلق على أشياء كثيرة
More things named The Science
لكن إذا ذكر في أوصاف المسلمين
أو بين علماء الإسلام أو جاء في كتاب الله أو في سنة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله
وسلم فيكون المراد هنا العلم الشرعي العلم بالله عز وجل وبتوحيده ، وبأسمائه
وصفاته
But if it Was told about the Mosle's Descriptions or between the Moslem's Scholars or
said in the Quran or Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (a) here it mean the Islam's
Sciences the science of Allah And the
Monotheism And the Sciences of Allah's names and Allah's Descriptions .
والعلم الذي يعرف به العبد حقوق الله عز وجل
And the Science that we know from it the Allah's Rights
العلم الذي يقربك إلى الله سبحانه وتعالى ،
the Science that near us to Allah (Almighty )
العلم الذي يعلمك الحلال والحرام ،
the Science that learn you the Permissible in Islam (Halal) And the forbidden (Haram)
ولا يفهم من هذا أن سائر العلوم من
الطب والهندسة والزراعة واستخراج المعادن وغير ذلك أنها لا قيمة لهم في الإسلام لا
،
That not mean that the other Sciences ( as: Medicine
or Engineering or Agriculture and mining and Other not Important in Islam No,
إنما هذه العلوم أيضا في وقت من الأوقات تكون
واجبة على المسلمين
But Sometimes this Sciences the Moslems Duty to learn it
إذا احتاجوا إليها
If they needed to it
بل أكثر من ذلك إذا صدقت النية نية العلماء المشتغلين بهذه العلوم إذا صدقت
النية عندهم أنهم يريدون بهذا العلم نفع الإسلام وأهل الإسلام فإن ذلك يكون عبادة
لله سبحانه وتعالى ،
But more of that, if These scientists Science His intention was Satisfaction presenting the Benefit to Islam and to the
Islam's people that will be Worship of Allah
والعلم ذكر في كتاب الله وفي سنة رسوله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم في فضله
آيات وأحاديث كثيرة
The Science's
Prefer was found in Quran and A
lot of Hadeeth in Sayings of the messenger
of Allah (a)
العلم أولاً نقيض الجهل،
First, the Science is contrary of the Ignorance
وقد عرفه بعض أهل العلم أنه
Some Moslem's scholars
said: the Science mean :
العلم بما أنزل على النبي صلى الله عليه وآله
وسلم
The know of Message that Allah sent to
the prophet (a) ( Al-Islam )
وقد قال بعض أهل العلم أن
العلم أوضح من أن يُعَّرف
And Some Moslem's scholars said: the Science Does not need to Definition
وقد جاء في فضله في كتاب الله عز
وجل قال
قُلْ هَلْ يَسْتَوِي الَّذِينَ يَعْلَمُونَ وَالَّذِينَ لا
يَعْلَمُونَ
سورة الزمر 9
Allah said in Quran :
"Are those who
know equal to those who do not know?" Only they will remember [who are]
people of understanding.
Sura Az-Zummar Verse 9
هل يستوي الذي يعلم والذي لا
يعلم
"Are
those who know equal to those who do not know?"
فكما لا يستوي الحي والميت وكما
لا يستوي الأصم والسميع وكما لا يستوي الأعمى والبصير كذلك لا يستوي الذين يعلمون
والذين لا يعلمون as
who alive equal to who is dead , and who is
deaf equal to who is listener , and who is blind equal to who is endowed with
eyesight "Are
those who know equal to those who do not know?"
والله تبارك وتعالى أثنى على أهل
العلم ورفع ذكرهم فقال سبحانه وتعالى
يَرْفَعِ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا
مِنْكُمْ وَالَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ دَرَجَاتٍ
Allah (Almighty ) praises the Islam's scientist and he was rising
their name
Allah (Almighty ) said :
Allah will
raise those who have believed among you and those who were given knowledge,
Sura
Al-Mujaadla verse 11
يرفع الله الذين آمنوا منكم والذين أوتوا العلم
Allah will raise those who have believed among you and those who
were given knowledge,
المدقق في هذه الآيات يرى أن
Who strictness in this verses see that
الله عز وجل أثنى على أهل العلم وذكرهم في هذه
الآية مرتين
Allah (Almighty ) compliments the
Islam's scientist and Talked about them Twice
المرة الأولى وهو يقول سبحانه وتعالى يرفع الله الذين آمنوا منكم
First time when he said :
Allah will
raise those who have believed among you
وأهل العلم يدخلون في الذين آمنوا
And the
Islam's scientist was from those who have
believed
ثم أفردهم وقال :
وَالَّذِينَ أُوتُوا
الْعِلْمَ دَرَجَاتٍ
And Allah said:
and those who
were given knowledge,
فرفعهم الله عز وجل في الدنيا فما من عالم إلا وذكره مرفوع بين الناس مشهود
له بالعدالة
So, Allah (Almighty
) was raised them In the world
So, All Islam's scientist
his name was raised between the people and Has been recognized with Justice
يَرْفَعِ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا
مِنْكُمْ وَالَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ دَرَجَاتٍ
Allah will raise those who have believed among you and those who
were given knowledge,
Sura Al-Mujaadla verse 11
أي في الآخرة
That is mean in the afterworld
يرفع ربنا تبارك وتعالى أهل العلم درجات
Allah (Almighty
) was raised Islam's scientist staircases in the
afterworld
والدرجة كما بين السماء والأرض
All Staircase's Area like the Area between Heaven and Earth
أيضا ذكر الله تبارك وتعالى فضيلة
لأهل العلم في آية هي أعظم آية فيها فضل العلم وأهله فيها فضل العلم وأهله قال
الله عز وجل
شَهِدَ اللَّهُ
أَنَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ وَأُولُو الْعِلْمِ قَائِمًا
بِالْقِسْطِ ۚ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
And Allah (Almighty ) said in Quran
verse is the Greatest verse talked about the Prefer of
Islam's scientist :
( 18 )
Allah witnesses that there is no deity except Him, and
[so do] the angels and those who given knowledge
- [that He is] maintaining [creation] in justice. There is no deity except Him,
the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
Sura Aal-Imran verse 18
فأول فضيلة هنا
The firs Prefer
here is
أن الله تعالى قارن بينه وبين الملائكة وبين أولوا العلم
Allah (Almighty
) Compare between him and Angels and
those who given knowledge
شهد الله ثم شهدت الملائكة وشهد أولوا العلم فهذا فيه أن الله عز وجل قارن
بينه وبين أهل العلم وخيرة عباده من الملائكة .
Allah first was Witness
Then the Angels Witness and
those who given knowledge
In that Allah Compare between those
who given knowledge and
the Angels were characterized by the benevolent
الأمر الثاني : أن في هذه الآية تعديل وتزكية لأهل العلم
The second thing: this verse Attest for the scholars by Justice and recommend of them
فبعلم الحديث مثلا إذا عدل الإمام البخاري رجلا كان كمن جاز القنطرة وهو
بشر إذا قال فلانا مثلا ثقة أو عدل فإن هذا قد حاز الفضل العظيم
For example : in the Aware of the Hadith if the Imam Al-bukhary (and
he is a human
)said about a man he is Justice or credit that gives this man Great
virtue
فما بالكم بأن الله عز وجل هو الذي
يزكي أهل العلم في هذه الآية
شَهِدَ اللَّهُ
أَنَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ وَأُولُو الْعِلْمِ
What
do you think if Allah who Commends Scholars
in this verse
( 18 )
Allah witnesses that there is no deity except Him, and
[so do] the angels and those of knowledge - [that He is] maintaining [creation]
in justice. There is no deity except Him, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
Sura Aal-Imran verse 18
فالله عز وجل إذا استشهد بأهل العلم دل ذلك على
تعديله لهم سبحانه وتعالى
When Allah cites of the Scholars that confirmed they
are Justice
أو فضيلة ذلك في هذه الآية أيضا
Or A virtue that in this verse
also
أن الله عز وجل استشهد أهل العلم على أعظم قضية
وأهم قضية ألا وهي قضية التوحيد
Allah (Almighty ) was cite with
the Scientists in The greatest issue It is the theism's cause
شهد الله أنه لا إله إلا هو والملائكة أيضا يشهدون أنه لا إله إلا هو وأولوا
العلم أيضا ً يشهدون أنه لا إله إلا هو
Allah witnesses that there is no deity
except Him, and [so do] the angels
witnesses
that there is no deity except Allah, and [so do] the angels and who given knowledge witnesses
that there is no deity except Allah,
والقضايا العظام لا يستشهد لها
إلا أهل الفضل والعدل
And greatest issue was witnessed in it the People of justice and the credit's people (alone)
فكان هذا بيان لفضل العلم
والعلماء
it was reported the advantage of Science and scientists
أيضا زكى الله تبارك وتعالى أهل العلم في قوله تعالى :
إِنَّمَا يَخْشَى اللَّهَ
مِنْ عِبَادِهِ الْعُلَمَاءُ ۗ
So do Allah (Almighty ) was Praise the Scientists in this verse:
Only those fear Allah, from among His servants, who have knowledge.
Sura Faatir verse 25
إنما يخشى الله من عباده العلماء فالعلماء هم الذين يخشون الله عز وجل
Only those fear Allah, from among His servants, who have knowledge.
The knowledge was afraid from Allah more than All people
لماذا كانوا أخشى الناس لله ؟؟
Way the knowledge was afraid from Allah more than
All people ?
ذلك لأنهم أعلم الناس بربهم
Because , know Allah more than all people
أعلم الناس بأنه شديد العقاب
They More people note that Allah his penality is strong
أعلم الناس بأنه ذو رحمة واسعة
They More people note
that Allah His mercy is Comprehensive
أعلم الناس بأنه قادر على كل شيء
They More people note
that Allah can do all thing
أعلم الناس بأسمائه وصفاته وتوحيده
وما يضاد ذلك
They More people note that Allah's names and his Attributes and the theism , and all what is
contraries that
ولذلك أفضل أهل العلم على الإطلاق
هو النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام ولذلك كان يقول :
والله
إني لأخشاكم لله وأتقاكم له
So, the best knowledge is the prophet
Muhamed (a)
So, he said (a) :
I fear Allah more than you do
[Al-Bukhari
and Muslim].
فكل ما إزداد علم العبد إزداد خشيته من الله سبحانه وتعالى
So, the Fear from Allah was increase with the increasing of the knowledge
كذلك جاء في سنة النبي صلى
الله عليه وآله وسلم فيما صح عنه
-{ مَنْ يُرِدِ اَللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا, يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي اَلدِّينِ
} مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ . (1984) .
So do the prophet (a) said :
“When Allah wishes good for anyone,
He bestows upon him the Fiqh (comprehension) of the religion.” Agreed upon.
من يرد الله به خيرا ً الخيرية هنا خيرية الدنيا والآخرة
When Allah wishes good for anyone,
wishes good here mean the good in the world and Afterlife
من يرد الله به خيرا ً يفقهه في الدين
“When Allah
wishes good for anyone, He bestows upon him the Fiqh (comprehension) of the
religion.” Agreed upon.
وقال صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم
:
العلماء ورثة الأنبياء
And The Messenger of Allah(a)
said:
The knowledge men are the heirs of the
Prophets
تعلمون أن الوريث يكون أقرب ما يكون من الموروث والموروث هنا هم الأنبياء فالتصق
أهل العلم بالأنبياء التصاق الوارث بالموروث وهذه
You know the heir is nearer one to the his heirs, here the
savants is the prophet's Heir,
the savants was cling with the
prophets like the cling between the Heir and his heirs
فضيلة عظيمة لأهل العلم وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم إن الأنبياء لم يورثوا
دينارا ولا درهما ً إن الأنبياء لم يورثوا دينارا ً ولا درهما ً
It is Great virtue for the savants, the prophet (a)
said:
the
Prophets who bequeath neither dinar nor dirham but only that of knowledge
ما ورَّثوا شيئا من أمور الدنيا
وإنما ورَّثوا العلم
Not Heirs
anything from the world's Treasures but they only Heirs the knowledge
فمن أخذ به فقد أخذ بحظ وافر
and he
who acquires it, has in fact acquired an abundant portion.
من أخذ بالعلم فقد أخذ بحظ
وافر
who acquires the knowledge has in fact acquired an
abundant portion
