ونحن على مشارف ( بداية ) عاشوراء With the approach of the day of Ashura ذلك اليوم الذي نجى فيه الله نبيه موسى (ﷺ) In this day Allah was Survived Prophet Moses (peace be upon him ﷺ) from Pharaoh وأغرق فرعون وجنده And Allah was drowned Pharaoh and his soldiers وابتداء بارك الله فيكم نحن في شهر محرم At first ( ask Allah to Bless you) We are in the month of Muharram له حرمة فهو من الأشهر الحرم It is one from the sacred months قال تعالى في القرآن Allah said in Quran
إِنَّ عِدَّةَ الشُّهُورِ عِندَ اللَّهِ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَهْرًا فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعَةٌ حُرُمٌ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ الدِّينُ الْقَيِّمُ ۚ فَلَا تَظْلِمُوا فِيهِنَّ أَنفُسَكُمْ ۚ وَقَاتِلُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ كَافَّةً كَمَا يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ كَافَّةً ۚ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الْمُتَّقِينَ (36) سورة التوبة ( 36 ) Indeed, the number of months with Allah is twelve [lunar] months in the register of Allah [from] the day He created the heavens and the earth; of these, four are sacred. That is the correct religion, so do not wrong yourselves during them. And fight against the disbelievers collectively as they fight against you collectively. And know that Allah is with the righteous [who fear Him] ( 9 -36 )
فإذا كان ظلم النفس المتمثل في ظلم العبد لنفسه If injustice here as Injustice slave to himself أو لظمه لاخوانه المؤمنين إذا كان محرما Or as it Injustice To his Muslim brothers If this is prohibited generally على العموم فهو أشد تحريما في هذا الشهر الكريم This is the most prohibited in this mounth شهر الله المحرم Month of Allah" Muharram" قال تعالى بالقرآن Allah said in Quran يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تُحِلُّوا شَعَائِرَ اللَّهِ وَلَا الشَّهْرَ الْحَرَامَ وَلَا الْهَدْيَ وَلَا الْقَلَائِدَ وَلَا آمِّينَ الْبَيْتَ الْحَرَامَ يَبْتَغُونَ فَضْلًا مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ وَرِضْوَانًا ۚ وَإِذَا حَلَلْتُمْ فَاصْطَادُوا ۚ وَلَا يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شَنَآنُ قَوْمٍ أَن صَدُّوكُمْ عَنِ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ أَن تَعْتَدُوا ۘ وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَىٰ ۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ ۖ إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ (2)
المائدة ( 2 ) O you who have believed, do not violate the rites of Allah or [the sanctity of] the sacred month or [neglect the marking of] the sacrificial animals and garlanding [them] or [violate the safety of] those coming to the Sacred House seeking bounty from their Lord and [His] approval. But when you come out of ihram, then [you may] hunt. And do not let the hatred of a people for having obstructed you from al-Masjid al-Haram lead you to transgress. And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty. (5-2)
وقال تعالى Allah said in Quran
يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الشَّهْرِ الْحَرَامِ قِتَالٍ فِيهِ ۖ قُلْ قِتَالٌ فِيهِ كَبِيرٌ ۖ وَصَدٌّ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَكُفْرٌ بِهِ وَالْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ وَإِخْرَاجُ أَهْلِهِ مِنْهُ أَكْبَرُ عِندَ اللَّهِ ۚ وَالْفِتْنَةُ أَكْبَرُ مِنَ الْقَتْلِ ۗ وَلَا يَزَالُونَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ حَتَّىٰ يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَن دِينِكُمْ إِنِ اسْتَطَاعُوا ۚ وَمَن يَرْتَدِدْ مِنكُمْ عَن دِينِهِ فَيَمُتْ وَهُوَ كَافِرٌ فَأُولَٰئِكَ حَبِطَتْ أَعْمَالُهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ ۖ وَأُولَٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ ۖ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ (217) البقرة ( 217 ) They ask you about the sacred month - about fighting therein. Say, "Fighting therein is great [sin], but averting [people] from the way of Allah and disbelief in Him and [preventing access to] al-Masjid al-Haram and the expulsion of its people therefrom are greater [evil] in the sight of Allah. And fitnah is greater than killing." And they will continue to fight you until they turn you back from your religion if they are able. And whoever of you reverts from his religion [to disbelief] and dies while he is a disbeliever - for those, their deeds have become worthless in this world and the Hereafter, and those are the companions of the Fire, they will abide therein eternally.(2-217) وقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم Abu Bakra (May Allah be pleased with him) said: Delivering the sermon during the Farewell Pilgrimage on the day of Sacrifice at Mina, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Verily your blood, your property and your honour are as sacred and inviolable as the sanctity of this day of yours, in this month of yours and in this town of yours. Verily! I have conveyed this message to you." وعن أبي بكر رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال في خطبته يوم النحر بمنًى في حجة الوداع: "إن دماءكم، وأموالكم، وأعراضكم حرام عليكم كحرمة يومكم هذا، في شهركم هذا، في بلدكم هذا، ألا هل بلغت” ((متفق عليه)).
فنحن في شهر حرام ينبغي ويلزم أن نتقي فيه ظلم النفس
We are in the Sacred Month We must get away from the injustice of self وأن نتقي فيه ظلم الآخرين We must get away from the injustice of the people فإن اثم ذلك يشتد واعظم في هذا الشهر Because of that sin the most and the greatest in this month
الذي نسب لله عز وجل كما قال رسول الله (ﷺ) This month added to name of Allah In Hadith
في بيان الأشهر الحرم Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "The best month for observing Saum (fasting) after Ramadan is the month of Allah the Muharram , and the best Salat after the prescribed Salat is Salat at night." وعن أبي هريرة، رضي الله عنه، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : "أفضل الصيام بعد رمضان شهر الله المحرم، وأفضل الصلاة بعد الفريضة صلاة الليل". ((رواه مسلم)).
فنسب النبي (ﷺ) هذا الشهر إلى الله إذ قال وشهر الله المحرم Here prophet (ﷺ) added this month to the name of Allah
مع أن كل الشهور لله عز وجل Although months All months of Allah لكن اضافته لله عز وجل إضافة تشريف But added Muharram to the name of Allah to honor this month
الحاصل أن هذا الشهر شهر عظيم وهو من الأشهر الحرم So , this month is great month of the sacred months
