هل الصوم في السفر أفضل أم الفطر في السفر أفضل؟ Is fasting in Travel Better Or Breakfast in Travel Better? فضيلة الشيخ أبى عبد الله مصطفى بن العدوي Sheikh/Mustafa Al-Adawy فأقول وبالله التوفيق: I say ask God for success: هذا مبني على حال الشخص؛ Look at the case of a person إذا كان الصوم في السفر If fasting in Travel يشق عليه Difficult for him ويؤذيه يُستحب له الفطر حينئذ Cause him harm
Then Mustahabb or Better for him breakfast
لأن النبي - عليه الصلاة والسلام - مر برجل قد ظُلِّلَ عليه - يعني قيل: من شدة الحر غطاه الناس، وقيل: أغمي عليه- فقال: ما هذا؟ قالوا: صائم يا رسول الله، قال: ليس من البِرِّ الصيام في السفر. It was narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah that: the Messenger of Allah saw a man who was being shaded on a journey. He said: "It is not righteousness to fast when traveling." أما إذا كان الصوم يسيرًا عليه؛ But if the fasting easy فقد صام النبي- عليه الصلاة والسلام - وعبد الله بن رواحة في السفر. Prophet Muhammed fasting in Travel and Abdullah Ibn Ruahah وأيضا قال أنس - رضي الله عنه -: سافرنا مع النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - فمنا الصائم ومنا المفطر، فلم يعب المفطر على الصائم، ولم يعب الصائم على المفطر. Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (Allah be pleased with him) reported: We went out on an expedition with Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) on the 16th of Ramadan. Some of us fasted and some of us broke the fast. But neither the observer of the fast found fault with one who broke it, nor the breaker of the fast found fault with one who observed it. It was narrated from 'Aishah that Hamzah bin 'Amr said: O Messenger of Allah, I am a man who fasts, so should I fast while traveling? At his home before leaving his country or not? لا يجوز له أن يجمع ولا أن يقصر It is not permissible for him to gathers or to shorten إلا بعد أن يفارق بلاده Only after he has left his country في طريق السفر، In the way of travel, والله أعلم. Allah knows.
